Return & Exchange Policy

At Ihtifal, we take pride in crafting timeless ethnic wear with care and precision. We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit, and we’re here to help you with returns or exchanges, wherever applicable.


🔁 Returns – Ready-to-Wear Items

We accept returns on ready-to-wear products under the following conditions:

Return Request Window: Within 48 hours of delivery

Eligible Reasons: Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the online description.

Refund Method: Store credit or refund to original payment method (as per customer’s choice)

Shipping Cost: Return shipping to be borne by the customer


♻️ Exchanges – Size Issues 

If your item doesn’t fit and meets the return conditions:

We offer a one-time size exchange for free

Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery


 Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

Made-to-order or customized outfits

Altered garments as per your measurements

Accessories like Safa/Pagadi, Stoles, brooches, mojari and loafers etc.

Items that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery


📦 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email us at [support@ihtifal.in] within 2 days of receiving your order

Mention your Order ID, item details, and reason for return/exchange

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps


⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Product Received?

We're extremely sorry! Please email us with photos of the item and packaging within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
